Behind every build stands one person
Waldemar Gryz founded GAPBUD in 1994 and still leads the company personally. Over three decades he has built residences with private shelters, homes in the Zielone Osiedla estates in Chyby, offices and warehouses, across Wielkopolska, Warsaw, Kraków, Kalisz, the Baltic coast and Berlin.
Clients value him above all as an adviser: he helps choose the technologies, materials and solutions that will perform for decades. He works closely with architects, structural engineers and suppliers, so design and construction speak with one voice from day one.

Where does GAPBUD work?
GAPBUD is based in Chyby near Poznań, Poland. We build mainly in Poznań and Wielkopolska, with projects in Warsaw, Kraków, Kalisz, on the Baltic coast and in Berlin.
Do you build turnkey residences and homes?
Yes. We take a project from the foundations to the finishes as a single contractor, advise on technologies and materials, and work closely with the architect and structural engineer.
Do you build private shelters and bunkers?
Yes. We have built residences with underground levels, private shelters and safe rooms, constructed to an engineered design.
